Please ensure that you read instructions and any precautions/warnings about products before using them.
For creams, ointments, sprays and oils, it is recommended carrying out a patch test before using a product to check for allergies and sensitivities. Apply a little to the inside of your elbow and wait 24hrs to check for any reaction.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If any concerns should arise, immediately discontinue use of product and if required you should seek advice from your Medical Practitioner.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for purchase of products and services can be made by PayPal and through the third-party providers `Stripe’ and ‘Square’ using credit card.
SECURTIY POLICY
Bonvale Holistic Health does not keep credit card details and payment information, however the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us
Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. It is recommended that you read their privacy policies.

Delivery [and Shipping]
SHIPPING
Bonvale Holistic Health will aim to have items shipped within 36 hours of receiving your order. If it is any longer than this, we will contact you to give you an update on your order. All orders are sent via Australia Post and we cannot guarantee the time it may take for you to receive item/s once posted.
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the products.
Appointment Policies
Delivery of consultations take place via Zoom or in person. Once booking is made you will receive a text message and email of confirmation. A week prior to scheduled appointment you will receive a confirmation request via email and text for you to respond to.
A reminder text message will also be sent 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment. You will also receive a link with the zoom ID and password for your scheduled online appointment.
Refund Policy & Consumer Guarantees
CHANGE OF MIND
Bonvale Holistic Health does not offer a refund for change of mind on products so we encourage clients to choose carefully
We offer a full refund for cancellation up to 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made between 48hrs and your scheduled appointment will incur a partial fee of $20. Cancellations made within the 48hrs prior to the appointment must be done by contacting Bonvale Holistic Health via email or phone.
ORDER FULFILMENT POLICY
If a product is out of stock, we will aim to re-stock as quickly as possible subject to availability of ingredients.
MINOR PROBLEMS
If the purchased product is faulty/damaged, does not fit the product description or you have received the wrong item and wish to return it, please email us at lynworldon.naturopath@gmail.com
If during a consultation online the internet fails, we will do our best to work out rescheduling an appointment for you in the event that the internet does not restore.
If you feel that there is any problem with our services, please let us know. We would rather know that you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bonvale Holistic Health takes our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and we are keen to hear if you have any problems. However, if there is a problem, my liability is strictly limited to:
*replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
* if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, paying the cost of having the relevant goods or services supplied to you again.

COMMENTS POLICY
If you would like to make comments on Bonvale Holistic Healths’ Facebook and Instagram pages, please do so respectfully and appropriately. Any unacceptable comments that are rude, offensive and inappropriate shall be deleted.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
NEGOTIATION
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Bonvale Holistic Health agree to make a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution, trying to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
MEDIATION
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone if we are not both in the same location. The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within twenty-one (21) days of the first notification of the dispute, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the Resolution Institute: https://www.resolution.institute/resolving-disputes/get-a-professional. The Resolution Institute Mediation Rules shall apply to the mediation. We agree to share the costs of mediation equally between us
We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and meditation have been exhausted.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
We both agree that we shall not publicly or privately disparage each other or anyone connected with the other’s business, but rather shall act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with the business and/or personal interests of each other.

Bonvale Holistic Health is located in Victoria. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Victoria.
